The tastings take place in a private setting hosted by the two Les Cavistes founders.
At the private "Arrivage" tastings, a carefully curated selection of around 12–16 high-quality Burgundy wines is sampled on site. Each participant receives a tasting list with the names of the wines and their winemakers. Two glasses are provided, and two different wines are served per batch (wine region). Participants can taste the wines, exchange thoughts with like-minded guests, engage in expert discussions, take notes on their tasting lists, compare the wines, and then order their favorites. At some tastings, winemakers and other experts from our Comité d’Achat are present and available for questions. It’s an exciting event exclusively reserved for our Friends & Family members, free of charge. Attendance is limited to a maximum of 15 people.
At the "Open-house" tastings, wines from the current selection are offered in a relaxed and informal setting.
The cigar events are ideal for aficionados with a passion for Burgundy.
