Les Cavistes Bauer Künzler AG does not provide right of withdrawal.
Switzerland's legislation does not allow the customer to decide and to return a product after buying online. The operator of a web shop - in this case Les Cavistes Bauer Künzler are not obliged to do so.
European customers
Unlike Switzerland, the European Union provides for a right of withdrawal without obligation to provide reasons. The cancellation must be expressly explained by the buyer and is best done in writing. The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Amounts already paid will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of receiving the revocation and the revoked goods.
